|Recommended: YesNew Resident — The complex is nice and the apartment is modern looking on the inside but the noise level is ridiculous. It is located near a lot of things in the area. I can hear my neighbors next door and above me. Plus I got a pool view which I will never get again anywhere. These people at the pool party and blast loud music everyday from at least 2pm until 10pm. I have a small child and I work during the week so the weekends are my time of peace. It makes me not want to be in my apartment during those times especially the weekends. No one ever tells them to keep the music down to a reasonable level. I can’t hear my tv or even hear myself speaking to someone inside my apartment because the music is so loud.

Getto Trash No parking No cell service No one picks up after the dogs People leave bulk trash in garage They put fees on every single thing that you can think of. Move in was a nasty apartment that was not turned around clean. Pool is great and the gym. Be amazing place if they put in the work for what I am paying.

|Recommended: YesChange For The Better — When my family and I first moved here back in July of 2021, it didn't start off very well because a lot of the staff members weren't really attentive and certain things in the apartment didn't work. But over time, a lot of the staff members seemed to have really come around. I love the maintenance staff here They assist with problems right away and I love that they are friendly and helpful. We also have new people in the office that are so friendly and helpful as well They are so approachable and always willing to assist when asked. I love that they have a new camera system in the garage because it helps me feel more secure, especially when it comes to my children who work at night. Most of all, I love that the neighborhood is so friendly and safe to walk around We have fun activities and everyone is so nice I am glad we moved here and I am very pleased with all the new changes that seem to happen more every month I hope the Corporate Office will continue to keep this kind of rapport going because it is a wonderful thing to be happy where you live It's awesome to live in a neighborhood that makes you want to come home
