All applicants must be 18 or older, provide a government-issued ID, and pass both credit and criminal background checks. You will also need to verify your rental history and show a household income equal to three times the monthly rent to qualify for a residence.

What are your available lease terms and lengths?
We offer flexible lease agreements ranging from 3 to 18 months based on your chosen floor plan. This incredible variety gives you the freedom to pick a timeline that perfectly fits your active lifestyle.
What is the total estimated cost due at move-in (deposits & fees)?
Initial move-in costs feature a $150 administration fee, a standard security deposit between $150 and $450, plus your prorated first month's rent. Additional deposits might apply depending on your specific approval conditions.

Security deposits are fully refundable at the end of your residency. Deductions only occur if there is an outstanding balance, property damage, or a required cleaning charge after you move out.
