Management and Staff
The management team is responsive and professional. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, often within 24 hours. The front desk staff is friendly and always ready to assist with any concerns or questions.
Apartment Features
My apartment is spacious, with high ceilings and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The modern kitchen appliances and ample storage space are a big plus. The building is also very quiet, ensuring a peaceful living environment.
Community
There's a strong sense of community here. Regular social events and activities organized by the management help residents get to know each other. It's a great place to make new friends and feel at home.
Cleanliness and Safety
The building is impeccably maintained. Common areas are cleaned regularly, and security is taken seriously with 24 7 surveillance and secure entry systems.

|Recommended: YesNoisy — Bcz of walls thickness all the even detail snall movements are heard exactly in my apartment,
Second is the park lot of bank just across the buildings are so noisy especially by extreme car drivers and cars.
The last one is there is no a manuel turn off system for alarms inside of apartments,so when the fake alarms start u have to listen for long time even 1 hour which is not standable.

|Recommended: YesMove-In Review — Move-in was smooth. When we got to the unit, the floor had just been cleaned with a very sticky cleaner that took hours to dry. The A C unit doesn’t seem to keep up with the heat.

|Recommended: NoAll the doors to enter the building have issues. The hallways are always nasty dirty and smell terrible. The parking garage is dangerous. People drive extremely fast and park wherever they want. The staff is not helpful. The rent is high for what you actually get in return. Tiny fridges, there are only 2 grills by the pool for all of the residents. The knobs on one of the grills gets so hot you can't touch it once the grill is on, so they really only have 1 grill that you can actually use. The elevators are always extremely dirty. This is the loudest community I ever lived in. People slaming doors all hours of the night and kids playing in the hallways all hours of the night. I wouldn't reccomend this property to any one. There are way too many options to choose this place. I can't wait to get out of here.

|Recommended: NoROACHES in hallways and now entering apartment. They do not have required sprays in apartments. Therefore, this will continue to be an issue. If you want to avoid roaches, then avoid living here. Already spoke to staff and the solution is to just keep spraying, granted one time Pest Control didn't show up.
Parking is a hassle. Unless you want to pay for a reserved spot, then count on parking on level 5 if it's after business hours.
Lease ends in August and cannot wait to move.
