|Recommended: YesTwo Women Working In The Office — I lived here for quite a while. When I first moved in, 4209, the front door and house cleaning were a mess, but the male office staff handled it kindly and quickly. I don't remember this exactly, but I'm sure he gave me a choice. When I said there was a place with and without a washing machine, when I said I wanted a place with a washing machine, I said there was, so I moved to 9402, but there was no washing machine. I went down to the office on a working day and talked, but I felt quite bad as I gave a very unkind word and an unpleasant feeling with another female employee in front of me. I'll go and talk again next Friday, but I don't want to face the male manager and the two women at the office who were on the moving day today.

|Recommended: YesNew Move In Experience — I moved in recently, Kylan, the staff is exceptionally friendly. Property needs to have enough parking spots for each floor. Perimeter road needs to have temporary parking spots to unload things from car as parking garage has only one entrance. Great high ceilings, nice walk-in closets.

|Recommended: YesJust Moved In This Is My First Week, Good So Far — Maintenance cleaned carpet each day, debri left out in hallway and in trash shoot was taken care of quickly.
Someone did allow their pet to poop in hallway and was stepped on and spread around on carpeted walkway areas, other than that, so good so far

|Recommended: YesNew Resident — The complex is nice and the apartment is modern looking on the inside but the noise level is ridiculous. It is located near a lot of things in the area. I can hear my neighbors next door and above me. Plus I got a pool view which I will never get again anywhere. These people at the pool party and blast loud music everyday from at least 2pm until 10pm. I have a small child and I work during the week so the weekends are my time of peace. It makes me not want to be in my apartment during those times especially the weekends. No one ever tells them to keep the music down to a reasonable level. I can’t hear my tv or even hear myself speaking to someone inside my apartment because the music is so loud.
